Canon UK are searching for a talented school, college or University leaver who has a passion for an opportunity to join a global brand as a Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service Trainee. The role will involve working with an internal mentor and a team of like-minded customer service & Canon technology experts.
This trainee role will present you with many opportunities to develop and enhance your technical skills with a goal of becoming a key member of the 2nd level technical Helpdesk following the trainee role.
- Learn about Canon’s consumer imaging products, from Professional Cameras to Printers and Lenses to Binoculars.
- The latest 3rd party Software and Operating Systems including Graphics applications.
- Develop your troubleshooting skills through technical training provided by an internal Canon mentor and on the job development.
- Liaise with existing experienced Canon Helpdesk specialists to develop your own skill set and experience.
- Interact with other departments to develop your skillset away from the Helpdesk on subjects such as Customer Service, our Repair Workshop, Logistics and more.
- Training on how to maintain accurate repair documentation using Canon systems and processes.
