We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.
We’re looking for an in-house Talent Manager for a fixed term contract up to 6-months, who’ll play a key role in shaping the future of 50 Sport. You'll be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the talented individuals who fuel our success. You'll have a deep understanding of the creative agency environment and a passion for connecting with top talent in this competitive market.
Requirements
- You'll work closely with the Exec team and department heads across the agency, including Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Editorial, Operations & Finance, Production.
- You'll collaborate with our HR partners on recruitment strategy, employee experience, and the review of compensation and benefits trends across the industry.
- You'll connect with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organisations.
About you:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an agency, marketing or sports-related environment.
- You’re a team player and confident working with Exec level; experience working at Board and CEO level is advantageous.
- A strong network within the sports industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A passion for sports and a desire to contribute to a dynamic, growing agency.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
