Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Paid Creative Project Manager.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of creative production and project delivery; owning the workflow from brief to final file, keeping quality high and turnarounds tight in a fast-paced, match-reactive environment.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of creative production and project delivery; owning the workflow from brief to final file, keeping quality high and turnarounds tight in a fast-paced, match-reactive environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience in paid social creative production - ideally at an agency or within sports, broadcast, or streaming.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround campaigns across multiple markets at the same time.
- Strong understanding of paid social formats and platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Reddit).
- Experience working with localisation teams and multi-language content.
- A highly organised multi-tasker with sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable with performance marketing KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
- A genuine interest in sport and experience with live sports content.
- Some team management experience is an advantage.
