Description50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency. We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with an Editorial Director.

Requirements

This is a senior leadership position in the editorial team. You'll set the editorial tone, vision and direction for one of the most exciting names in motorsport. You'll lead the team to deliver content that fuels F1 fandoms. You'll shape how our clients show up in culture. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, you'll have ultimate responsibility for the content quality and performance of your accounts, the development of your team, and the strength of the client relationships.

We are looking for someone who has the long-term view of where the future of F1 culture is going and can also think at the speed of a race weekend. Someone who stays close to the comments to understand what fans actually want, and can use this to inform and influence client CMOs.
