Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £65,000 (including car allowance) Quantity Surveyor * Description of role: * Work across the home counties and the South of England. * Experienced in working on fit out / refurbishment frameworks. * Project from £250k to £2m in value. * A team player able to integrate and share ideas with incumbent employees. * Estimating role * Can take the contract framework and produce a detailed estimate for client approval. * Surveying role * Able and happy to work with the detailed estimate to set in house target budgets. * Able and happy to work with the detailed estimate to general monthly valuations and variations to final account. * Bring own sub-contractors and supply chain. * Immediate start. * Full driving licence. * 3-month probationary period. * Remuneration package: * Salary £65,000.00 (including car allowance). * Healthcare package. * Statutory pension package. * Employee Assistant Programme. * Death in Service benefit…
