Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a real difference in young people's lives? We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team and lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

About The Role

As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can thrive. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted regulations and organisational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the home's management, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and relevant legislation.
  • Provide strong leadership and clear direction to your team.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People's Services) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in or managing a Children's Residential Home.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of supporting children and young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation.
