Des Vu is a bold, culturally plugged-in fashion brand built for people who like to be seen. We live at the intersection of streetwear, social trends and visual storytelling – and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an Ecom & Marketing Assistant who gets fashion, gets internet culture, and loves making things perform better – sharper site, stronger content, higher conversions.
What You’ll Do
- E-Commerce Operations
- Keep the Shopify site updated, merchandised and always fresh
- Build and update homepages, collection pages, and product uploads
- Ensure accuracy on product details, pricing, descriptions and imagery
- Continuously optimise the site to drive conversion rate improvements
- Photoshoots
- Schedule and organise ecom shoot days (models, photographers, MUAs)
- Run shoot days and keep timelines tight
- Handle image selects and asset organisation
- Make sure files flow correctly and on time
- Newsletters & CRM
- Build and schedule newsletters in DotDigital (at least twice weekly)
- Help improve templates, automations and retention flows
- Support traffic-driving and reactivation strategies
- Content & Influencers
- Support the Content Creator on shoots and retouching
- Assist with social scheduling in Planoly
- Identify influencers and creators aligned with the Des Vu aesthetic
- Support gifting and collaborations
- Reporting, Trading & Analysis
- Report weekly/monthly on traffic, CVR, funnel performance, bounce rate, and channel behaviour
- Spot opportunities and propose fixes or improvements
- Support merchandising decisions with insights
- Regular competitor checks and SWOT analysis
- Customer Care
- Respond to customer enquiries across email/chat/portal
- Resolve issues around orders, returns, damages, stock and delivery
- Deliver fast, friendly, brand-aligned customer service
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years working with Shopify (non-negotiable)
- Confident with Excel, Adobe, and Planoly (or similar scheduling tool)
- Experience with DotDigital or Klaviyo is a bonus
- Super organised, good with deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
- Fashion-obsessed, social-native, and plugged into cultural trends
- Someone who gets female streetwear and wants to grow with a fast, disruptive brand
