The Role
This full-time, office-based position involves supporting our Sales and Technical colleagues with a variety of essential administrative and marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating quotations using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Performing financial duties including SAGE 50 input and setting up bank payments.
- Dealing with monthly expenses for the sales and technical teams.
- Assisting with marketing activities using local media, LinkedIn, digital, and other sources.
- General office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a practical, logical, and highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working on their own initiative and as a good team player.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Previous Office administrative experience is essential.
- Computer literate with experience in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding and experience with SAGE 50.
- Experience setting up and creating Bank Payments.
- A full, clean UK driving license is mandatory.
