A reputable Electrical Building Services Contractor is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager due to continued growth. All projects are based across the Midlands, delivering electrical packages within Healthcare, Education (Schools & Universities), and Public Sector buildings.
Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple electrical building services projects up to £5m
- Deliver projects across Healthcare, Education and Public Sector environments
- Attend client meetings, progress meetings, commissioning and handover meetings
- Manage projects from pre-contract through to final account
- Assist with design coordination and technical reviews
- Lead procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors
- Manage site teams, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
- Oversee electrical installations, testing and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Manage variations, costs and assist with final accounts
- Work with Main Contracts and Sub-Contract documentation
