As Quality and Teaching Manager, you will support the Head of Quality and Teaching in embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will include coordinating robust internal and external quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with college policy and awarding organisation requirements. Using your analytical skills, you will identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance the learning experience and maintain high professional excellence. You will play a key role in driving quality improvement across all areas of provision by supporting the implementation and sustainability of effective processes including Professional Development, Learning Visits, Deep Dives, Learner Voice, and staff training.

Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of professional standards and sector developments.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment within college‑based, apprenticeship and adult provision in the FE sector.
