More about your role

\\n

Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the customer/ client interface and management for all administration duties for DfM. As well as providing support to the Hard and Soft Services department you will also ensure the coordination of proactive communications as well as compliance with GDPR legislation.

You will oversee ay compliments / complaints that may arise and log any issues that may arise. 

\\n

This role is for 40 hours a week and you may be asked to cover weekends on occasion.

The ideal applicant for this role will have worked in a similar role or worked within a customer focused industry, however this is not essential.

\\n

You will have great customer service skills which will allow you to provide exceptional customer service and turn any negative situation which may arise into a positive one.

\\n

You will be experienced in communicating with stakeholders in a professional manor and demonstrate the skills required which allow you to build a great rapport.

\\n

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Customer Facing role.
  • \\n

  • Good IT skills (Outlook and Teams),
  • \\n

  • Strong stakeholder management skills,
  • \\n

  • Good time management.
  • \\n
