Our client is a leading healthcare logistics provider operating a specialist medical delivery service across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit experienced Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join their professional team based between Hemel Hempstead and St Albans .
This is an immediate start , temp to perm opportunity , offering guaranteed full-time hours, excellent rates of pay and outstanding long-term career prospects.
The Role As a Medical Delivery Driver , you'll be responsible for delivering prescription medication safely and efficiently to patients' homes, ensuring excellent customer service at every delivery.
You'll drive a modern Transit-sized refrigerated van with multi-temperature compartments, completing approximately 40–50 deliveries per shift .
This is a rewarding role where attention to detail, reliability and professionalism are essential.
Duties Include Multi-drop delivery of prescription medication
Delivering directly to residential addresses
Loading and unloading medication safely
Completing electronic delivery records
Providing exceptional customer service
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Ensuring compliance with healthcare delivery procedures
Working Hours Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota
Guaranteed 5 shifts per week
Start times typically between 5:30am and 7:30am
Average 48 hours per week
Overtime available
Pay Rates £13.93 per hour (up to 48 hours)
£20.89 per hour (after 48 hours)
