We are currently recruiting for a Medical Delivery Driver to join a national medical distribution company based in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in the healthcare supply chain, delivering essential medical items to both residential and healthcare settings. The role offers long-term stability, weekly pay, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering 35-50 small, temperature-sensitive packages per day
- Using a multi-temperature van (provided by the company)
- Transporting medical supplies to homes and healthcare facilities
- Completing all deliveries accurately and on time
- Providing excellent customer service to vulnerable individuals
- Adhering to company policies and delivery standards
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 minor points
- No driving convictions
- Ability to pass a Basic DBS / Criminal Record Check
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Multi-drop experience preferred, especially in medical or sensitive deliveries
- Able to work independently and follow structured routes
