DerventioUK is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) ADR Driver to join their busy operation based in the Nuneaton, Warwickshire area. This is an excellent opportunity offering regular weekday hours, guaranteed pay and the chance to secure a permanent position with a leading employer.
The Role
- Delivering hazardous goods including ADR packages, IBCs and drums.
- Typically 6-8 deliveries per day to commercial and industrial customers.
- Carrying out deliveries across the local region from the Warwickshire depot.
- Completing vehicle safety checks and delivery paperwork.
- Loading and unloading where required.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Working in accordance with ADR regulations, Drivers' Hours and company procedures.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00am starts
- Typical finish between 1:00pm and 2:00pm
- Guaranteed 8 hours' pay per shift, even if you finish early.

- Temporary: £20.12 per hour (PAYE)
- Guaranteed 8-hour shifts
- Weekly pay
Permanent Opportunity
- Circa £41,884 per annum, subject to successful completion of the temporary assignment.
Requirements
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Current ADR Certificate (Packages).
- Experience delivering ADR packages, IBCs and drums is preferred.
- Maximum 6 minor penalty points.
- No DD, DR or IN endorsements due to insurance requirements.
- Good geographical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
