We are recruiting on behalf of a progressive and growing organisation based in Ripley, Derbyshire, seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator to support the Managing Director and Operations team. This is a key role within the business, offering responsibility, stability, and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage 50
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Producing cash flow reports for the Managing Director and operations team
- Monitoring invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end reporting and financial administration
- Handling general administrative duties including email correspondence, filing, and document management
- Supporting wider office administration as required
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance administration role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
- Confident producing and interpreting cash flow reports
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Competent using email and standard office systems
- Salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
