Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Sortation Team Leader to join their growing operation in Sevenoaks. The Role

Reporting into the Operations Management team, you will be responsible for leading a busy warehouse and sortation operation, ensuring productivity, quality and service standards are achieved consistently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a warehouse and sortation team within a fast-paced environment
  • Managing workflow and daily operational priorities
  • Ensuring parcels and consignments are sorted accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping
  • Monitoring team performance and productivity
  • Supporting and developing team members through effective leadership
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive working culture
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures at all times

Hours

Monday to Friday Night shifts Typical hours 21:00-06:00 40 hours per week

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Shift Leader or Supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience working within warehouse, logistics, sortation or parcel operations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to lead from the front and maintain high operational standards
