Class 2 HGV Driver Day Shifts (Ashby-de-la-Zouch)

£15.00 per hour, weekly paid | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start

Are you a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV Driver looking for your next opportunity? Were recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional driver to undertake trunking and collection work from the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area to Yorkshire and back.

This role involves the safe transport of temperature-controlled goods, with some loading and unloading required. Full training provided, and drivers with refrigerated transport experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Details:

  • Pay: £15.00 per hour (weekly paid)

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, approx. 12:00pm 8:00pm

  • Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch

  • Duration: Initial 8 weeks with potential for ongoing work

  • Start: Immediate

Duties Include:

  • Driving Class 2 vehicle on daytime trunk runs

  • Collection and return of goods to/from Yorkshire

  • Loading and unloading of temperature-controlled goods

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

  • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

  • No more than 6 minor penalty points
