Location: Concrete Plant Grantham

Hourly Rate: £18.72 per hour, weekly paid

Hours: 45-50 hours per week (Monday-Friday, typical 6 AM starts)

Overtime: Saturday x1.25 | Sunday x1.5

Bonus: £50-£120 per week (performance-based)

Optional Late Shift: 11 AM - 7 PM (£75 weekly shift allowance) *not currently in operation but in the plans for this year
