We are recruiting an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) to join our growing logistics and distribution team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and load goods safely.
- Perform general warehouse operations including stock control, order preparation, and dispatch.
- Use basic PC systems to log deliveries, update records, and send/receive emails.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues, providing excellent communication and service.
- Occasionally drive the company van between local sites to transfer stock.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited).
- Full UK Driving Licence (for occasional site runs).
- Confident communication and PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
