Start Time: Fixed start between 07:00–09:00 (8-hour shift)

The Role
Our client is seeking one or two Control Tower Operators/Administrators to support operations on a major logistics account. This is a key administrative and coordination role within a fast-paced supply chain environment, ideal for candidates with strong Excel and logistics knowledge.
During the training and probation period, the role will be fully office-based. Upon successful completion, hybrid working will be offered (2 days working from home per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and coordinating logistics movements across the network
- Managing shipment documentation and data accuracy
- Supporting international freight and supply chain operations
- Maintaining and updating operational systems and trackers
- Working with transport, freight, and customer teams
- Ensuring documentation compliance and reporting accuracy
