Jules Verne has been organising expertly-crafted small-group tours all over the world for almost 50 years.

Travelling in groups of just 10-16, led by expert local guides, our customers experience the stories, cultures and places that many visitors miss.

We're looking for a talented

Copywriter to join us on a fixed-term contract and help bring those stories to life.

Whether you're an experienced travel writer or a skilled copywriter with a passion for people, places and culture, you'll play a key role in shaping content that inspires customers to see the world differently and choose Jules Verne for their next adventure.

This is a full time opportunity based in Great Suffolk Street, London and offers hybrid working (3 days in the office required per week).

We would also be open to part time hours, minimum of 4 days a week.

The Role

As our Copywriter, you'll play a key role in bringing the Jules Verne brand to life through compelling, engaging and persuasive content across a variety of channels.

From destination pages and blogs to brochures, email campaigns and customer communications, you'll craft content that captures imaginations while supporting business objectives and maintaining our distinctive brand voice.

You'll work closely with marketing colleagues and external partners to create content that not only tells a great story, but also performs effectively across search engines and AI-driven platforms.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Writing inspiring and informative content for websites, landing pages, campaign pages, blogs and email marketing.
  • Creating engaging copy for brochures, direct mail, customer communications and other printed materials.
  • Bringing destinations, experiences and travel stories to life in a way that resonates with our audience.
  • Adapting quickly to the Jules Verne tone of voice and maintaining consistency across all content.
  • Optimising digital content using SEO best practices and AI content tools.
  • Monitoring content performance and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business and external agencies to deliver high-quality content campaigns.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, creative and passionate about storytelling.

You'll likely have experience writing engaging copy for a range of audiences and channels, and you'll enjoy turning complex information into content that is clear, inspiring and easy to understand.

You'll bring
