The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.
Reporting to the Parish Priest/Administrator, the role entails provision of administrative and financial support. This will be inclusive of all administrative duties, including the maintenance of Parish and parishioner records, payment of accounts due and maintenance of accurate and timely financial records using Lifetime computerised systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provision of administrative and financial support.
- Maintenance of Parish and parishioner records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English to grade C, or equivalent.
- Relevant administrative experience/have worked in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of database systems.
- Knowledge of computerised accounting systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
- Knowledge of Lifetime Parish Management Systems, knowledge of Gift Aid.
