A reserve list will also be created for future vacancies that may arise for this role. Salary Scale: 35 hours per week: £25,553 rising to £29,340. 30 hours per week: £21,902 rising to £25,148.
About the Role
The successful candidates will be highly motivated, committed, and self-driven individuals with good numeracy skills. Previous experience working in a credit union is not essential, as training will be provided. However, applicants should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Credit Union ethos.
Essential Criteria Applicants must meet one of the following routes: 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C or above, a Level 3 qualification on the NQF Framework, and a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar organisation or position. Or: 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at Grade C or above, and a minimum of 3 years experience working in a relevant organisation or position. Key Skills Applicants should be able to demonstrate: Experience delivering a high-quality service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good awareness of the need for confidentiality and data protection. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
