Applying to our 2-year apprenticeship programme is the first step to becoming a Housing Officer working in the social housing sector to help create a future where everyone has a home.

Responsibilities

  • You will have a chance to make a real difference to people’s lives.
  • Four working days a week in the workplace and one study day.
  • The college experience, two nationally recognised qualifications: CIH Level 3 in Housing Practice, OCN level 3 in Housing Practice.
  • Learn practical skills with on-the-job experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 GCSE qualifications grade C or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
  • You must have a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the post in full including with reasonable travel timeframes.
