Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the UK & Ireland skincare marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, skincare and injectable treatments, as well as proven omni-channel experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, practitioner engagement, patient demand, and revenue growth across our skincare portfolio, and supporting the Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager across our injectable portfolio. You'll oversee events, campaigns, digital performance, and the management of a high-performing team—ensuring marketing activities deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Planning
    • Develop and execute marketing strategy across the UK & Ireland.
    • Own the marketing plan across B2B (clinic, practitioner and partner engagement) and D2C (consumer awareness, demand generation) channels.
    • Lead the launch and promotion of products including positioning, messaging, and market segmentation.
    • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, consumer insights, and brand performance to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Training teams, ensuring that all messaging is clearly understood and translated through sales and training tools to end customer.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Create and manage integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, PR, email, events) to increase brand visibility and conversion.
    • Deliver patient-facing marketing initiatives to drive clinic footfall and treatment uptake.
    • Build B2B campaigns supporting practitioner education, loyalty, and partnerships.
  • Events & Education
    • Plan and execute high-quality professional events, conferences and workshops, and support the Training department with training programmes.
    • Oversee logistics, speaker coordination, content creation, and post-event follow-up.
    • Drive attendance, engagement, and ROI for both consumer and practitioner events.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team with responsibility for digital, content, events, and brand execution.
    • Work collaboratively with our injectable portfolio Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager ensuring marketing team members and consultants with joint responsibilities are fully supported.
    • Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment and performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Digital & Consumer Marketing
    • Oversee digital channels including paid media, SEO, social, CRM, and website performance.
    • Drive D2C demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable enquiries and brand reach.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Commercial & Operational Excellence
    • Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with GM & Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager, ensuring optimal allocation and strong ROI.
    • Track, report, and present performance metrics to senior leadership and brand partners.
    • Collaborate closely with CEO, Sales, Training, and Operations to align marketing with commercial goals.
    • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans in collaboration with brand partners and internal teams.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

Requirements & Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing within the aesthetics, medical aesthetics, injectables, skincare, or medical device industries.
  • Understanding of injectable treatments and their competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record across D2C and B2B marketing, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Strong experience managing events, conferences, or educational programmes.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and confident managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working with KOLs, clinics, and practitioner networks.
  • Familiarity with UK & Ireland regulatory frameworks for aesthetic marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the patient journey and digital funnel optimisation.
