As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are expanding their UK field sales team and are seeking a high-calibre Capital Sales Representative to take ownership of the London territory. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving capital equipment sales focusing on the North of England & Scotland. You will be responsible for selling premium, results-driven medical aesthetic devices into clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and leading beauty operators.
This role is suited to a commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a performance-led environment and is motivated by building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Drive capital equipment sales across your territory, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven commercial discussions.
- Identify and develop key accounts, including multi-site operators and clinic groups.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Represent our client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.

Proven track record in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales. Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or consultative sales environments preferred. Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Highly commercial with strong understanding of margin, pricing, and deal structuring. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Full UK driving licence.
Experience selling into aesthetic clinics, medical environments, or premium beauty businesses. Existing network within the North of England & Scotland aesthetics or medical market. Experience working within a high-growth or scaling business.
