As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are expanding their UK field sales team and are seeking a high-calibre Capital Sales Representative to take ownership of the London territory.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving capital equipment sales focusing on the North of England & Scotland. You will be responsible for selling premium, results-driven medical aesthetic devices into clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and leading beauty operators. This role is suited to a commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a performance-led environment and is motivated by building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive capital equipment sales across your territory, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven commercial discussions.
  • Identify and develop key accounts, including multi-site operators and clinic groups.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Represent our client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Proven track record in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales
  • Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or consultative sales environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
