ABOUT YOU

You must be driven, determined and dynamic, able to generate new business and develop existing business across all our skincare and wellbeing brands. As a seasoned sales professional who understands the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new business as well as developing existing accounts. You will need to be diligent and conscientious with relentless drive and determination to achieve results and exceed targets that benefit our long-term growth strategy. Excellent communication skills are critical, ensuring the ability to convey our brands’ brilliance to clients, often dealing with business owners. You must be confident to meet clients face to face, deliver presentations, provide product and treatment demonstrations and forge mutually beneficial business relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role that requires a self-starter who is hungry to succeed. Excellent communication skills across all forms of communication including prospecting calls, face to face meetings, presentations and product demonstrations are essential. This role requires someone who is passionate about skincare, with an understanding of how the skincare supply chain works and how UK clinics and spas operate. If you have retail experience within skincare or therapy-based experience combined with a flair for imparting your passion on others then read on. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in skincare is essential. The role will be based in the region (specific region), with a view to some event attendance across the UK and at our Head Office in Surrey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop an in-depth understanding of all our brands, their USPs, their treatments and products.
  • To know how our brands can enhance a clinic’s current offering, working alongside existing brand selections and technologies.
  • To understand our sector, how skincare clinics operate and what drives their business growth.
  • To work closely with our Sales & Marketing team, Directors and Trainers to ensure consistent messaging, a pro-active sales and marketing strategy, brand alignment, successful relationship building and exceptional training and education.
  • To effectively manage a portfolio of accounts, including pipeline business, new business contacts and existing accounts.
  • To manage new business prospects to completion in line with set monthly targets.
  • To exceed targets where possible and maximise on the uncapped earning potential of this role.
