As part of an exciting phase of growth, we have a new opportunity for a Distributor Relationship Manager to join our Marketing team based in our head office in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a commercial and marketing focused role, responsible for supporting and developing our global distributor network. The role works closely with our marketing and education teams to ensure our international distributors are not only commercially active but effectively supported with the tools needed to build long term success and contribute to the growth of our brand worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and maintain strong and successful partnerships with our international distributors.
- Maintain regular communication with every distributor to ensure they are effectively supported to drive local demand and sales.
- Analyse distributor sales, marketing and education channels to identify areas for support and new growth opportunities.
- Work with the Dermalux marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each country.
- Ensure distributor activity aligns with company strategy and Dermalux is correctly represented in each market.
- Co-ordination of distributor order processing and logistics with internal teams.
- Support general Dermalux marketing initiatives including participation in tradeshows and events.
- Ensure distributor records are kept up to date in the HubSpot CRM to assist with marketing and educational campaigns and reporting.
