Our Regional Business Managers are responsible for the overall sales performance and strategic direction of their region, delivering on company vision and targets. You set the strategy for your territory, develop key accounts and the businesses within it, build senior-level relationships with key accounts, and drive consistent, professional execution of joint business plans, monthly call cycles, and marketing activations across your territory.
- Commercial courage - senior account management experience with high-level (business owner) contacts.
- Ability to manage B2B distribution, analyse, forecast, and control a sales pipeline.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proven track record of sales target achievement with new and existing businesses.
- Coaching SMEs - experience building strong, long-term, trusting relationships with senior customer contacts with high revenue contributions.
- Commercial knowledge of business and value, making decisions to support the needs of the business.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Excellent administrative management.
- Professional skin care experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Resident on territory – Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Donegal, Fermanagh, Tyrone, Derry, Antrim, Armagh, Down, Monaghan
