A Dermalogica Pro Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where results happen in our Pro Skin Clinic. Based on the clinic floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.
Requirements:
- You will already have the education that Dermalogica can then build on and develop further. This will be in the form of an equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical. This is an absolute ESSENTIAL, so that we can ensure that the standards of our Pro Skin Therapists and Aesthetic Practitioners are consistent.
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels – the foundation of your Aesthetic Practitioner skill set. If you do not hold the Level 4 qualification, then Dermalogica will fund this as part of your development, as it will be a fundamental part of the role. This training is worth £3,200.
- You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty or FMCG.
- An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to really inspire and draw our customers to us.
- Above all else, you will have a passion for skin health like no one has ever seen. You will use this passion to inspire others.
