Salary £40,000, with additional on-target earnings of £20,000, plus uncapped commission on the first opening order, plus a monthly car allowance.

The New Business Consultant is responsible for the on-going success of new account openings in their Region, at Key Account level in both the Professional Skin Therapist and Medi-Aesthetic area. The role means you will become a creative director in your own right of engineering new conversations to increase brand awareness, exposure and reach across your region. To have the ability to be a pro-active sales professional through networking and prospecting; to deliver on all conversion KPI’s.
Requirements:
- Your client base will include owners of Spa, Salons & high-profile Aesthetic Clinics and established independent aesthetic practitioners, so you will need to have a good understanding of medical aesthetic treatments, advanced skin knowledge and you will need to be exceptionally professional, confident and polished.
- Proven sales experience in B2B sector preferably industry related.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in opening new accounts and account management.
- Track record of reaching and exceeding all business targets.
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyse business performance to identify and maximise potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated.
- First class time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy & adaptable.
