As an international education specialist – content, you are a dynamic educator and skilled Professional Skin Therapist, focused on developing impactful content to support success across international markets. You will embody Dermalogica’s values and expertise, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role spans the full education journey – from content creation and brand alignment, to formatting and delivery across diverse audiences. You will maintain in depth knowledge of Dermalogica products, treatments and brand guidelines.

This role requires flexibility, cultural awareness, adaptability, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for education.

Requirements:
  • Level 4 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of skincare training experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience with articulate 360 is preferable.
  • Virtual training experience utilising Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
  • Captivating presentation skills, both on stage and in virtual setting.
