Leatherhead (Hybrid working) £45,000

As Ecommerce & CRO Manager, you play a pivotal role in our mission to change lives through skin confidence. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this role takes ownership of conversion rate optimisation, website developments and trading performance, supporting our DTC growth strategy across the UK & Ireland.

Through insight driven experimentation and continuous improvements, you’ll ensure we deliver world class customer journeys while authentically showcasing our skin health educational expertise.

Requirements
  • Strong ecommerce and D2C trading experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience managing onsite trading: Promotions and merchandising to optimise performance.
  • Hands-on Shopify Plus expertise: Confident working within Shopify Plus, including building and optimising pages, using apps and tools, and applying performance data to continuously improve site experience.
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset: Strong experience analysing trading performance, sales forecasting, and evaluating the financial impact of campaigns and onsite activity.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience: Proven ability to plan and run A/B testing and experimentation programmes, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
  • Technical confidence: Comfortable using basic HTML and CSS, and working collaboratively with developers to implement site changes and enhancements.
  • Strong reporting and insight skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights across both commercial performance and customer behaviour.
Desirable
  • Experience working with GA4 or other analytics platforms
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing programmes
  • An interest in AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale ecommerce operations
