Business Consultant - Greater London
£40K basic + £24K OTE + Car Allowance + Broadband Allowance

Our Dermalogica Business Consultants are responsible for the sales performance in the assigned geographical territory. You drive incremental growth of all assigned accounts by creating joint business plans, establishing a regular call cycle, creating a communications strategy, conducting market events, and helping the accounts to increase sell out of Dermalogica.
May be required to open new accounts and assume complete responsibility for establishing incremental growth and +50% replenishment within year one, in all new accounts on territory. In addition supports new business by providing a minimum of three leads per calendar month.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years field sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry or consumer goods required
- Experience with servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices and the “sole proprietor” customer base an advantage
- Client building experience is a real plus
- The ideal candidate should understand the requirements of today’s skin care centres and be reliable, dedicated, and willing to work as part of a winning team
