A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is at the true heart of where these results happen in our Business. Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box and help them excel.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a personalised skincare journey by advising, listening, and engaging at every touchpoint to deliver a wow experience.
- Structure services as a skincare programme combining treatment and homecare; educate and link recommended homecare to goals.
- Drive retail growth month over month by motivating and supporting the team, developing new event ideas, and exceeding location targets and KPIs.
- Lead in-store events with counter activity and masterclasses; ensure events are fully booked.
- Act as a role model by performing services to the highest standard and support counter training on new innovations with the District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager.
- Work effectively as a single-counter presence and uphold Dermalogica grooming standards daily.
Qualifications
- Education backdrop: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (absolute essential for consistency of standards).
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If not held, Dermalogica will fund this as part of development; this training is valued at £3,200.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
- Passion for skin health to inspire others.
