A Dermalogica Retail Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where these results happen in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.
The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist:
- Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touchpoint.
- Perform treatments, setting up a skincare programme comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals.
- Form partnerships with customers, sharing treatment plans and linking recommended homecare.
- Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location, including individual and location targets.
- Cover counter duties including Face Mapping to understand client needs and concerns.
- Maintain the treatment area and other work areas professionally, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
Do you have the below skills?
- Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential).
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If you do not hold this qualification, Dermalogica will fund it as part of your development.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is ideal.
- An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
- A passion for skin health to inspire others.
