A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is the heart of creating results in our business. Working on the shop floor with your team, you will embody our mission of empowering and educating customers to achieve the best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box to help them excel.
Job Requirements
- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals – essential to ensure consistent standards.
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If not held, Dermalogica will fund this training (worth £3,200).
- At least 2‑year management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Outgoing, creative thinker capable of creating theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
- Passion for skin health and a desire to inspire others.
Job Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening and connecting at every touch point to wow them with a personalised experience.
- Set up treatments as part of a skincare programme, pairing treatments with homecare plans and educating customers on recommended products.
- Drive retail growth month‑on‑month by motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with event ideas and exceeding all location targets and KPIs.
- Lead in‑store events, on‑counter activity and masterclasses, ensuring all events are fully booked.
- Perform services at the highest standard and support the District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager with on‑counter training on new innovations.
- Work independently as a single‑person counter.
- Maintain grooming standards to reflect Dermalogica’s brand values.
