Salary £40,000, with additional on-target earnings of £20,000, plus uncapped commission on the first opening order, plus a monthly car allowance. The New Business Consultant is responsible for the ongoing success of new account openings in their Region, at Key Account level in both the Professional Skin Therapist and Medi-Aesthetic area. The role involves becoming a creative director in engineering new conversations to increase brand awareness, exposure, and reach across your region. You will need to be a proactive sales professional through networking and prospecting, delivering on all conversion KPI’s.
Job Requirements:
- Your client base will include owners of Spa, Salons & high-profile Aesthetic Clinics and established independent aesthetic practitioners, so you will need to have a good understanding of medical aesthetic treatments and advanced skin knowledge.
- Proven sales experience in B2B sector, preferably industry related.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in opening new accounts and account management.
- Track record of reaching and exceeding all business targets.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyse business performance to identify and maximise potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated.
- First class time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy & adaptable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed all sales targets set for gaining Professional Skin Therapists (PST), Medi Spas and Aesthetics Clinics within the region.
- Create own sales leads through prospecting and networking.
- Maintain a prospect list for the PST/Medi/Aesthetics Clinics to convert to business.
- Manage and follow through sales leads from Head Office in a timely manner.
- Lead the creation of bespoke compelling new business pitches, working in collaboration with the multifunctional team (marketing, trade marketing, education, sales, finance).
- Work in close collaboration with the Head of New Business and Finance to develop and align new account commercial terms.
- Maintain client records and complete administration.
- Organise and host networking sessions and events.
- Organise and host guest speaker events, coffee chats working in collaboration with education or alone.
