- Pro Skin Therapist – Milton Keynes
A Dermalogica Pro Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where results happen in our Pro Skin Clinic.
Based on the clinic floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible.
You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.
- Job Requirements
- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical – essential.
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If not held, Dermalogica will fund the training (£3,200).
- Ideal experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced retail, beauty or FMCG environment.
- Outgoing, creative thinker capable of creating theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
- Passion for skin health to inspire others.
- Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Pro Skin Clinic Manager.
- Maintain thorough understanding of all Dermalogica products, treatments and concepts, especially Microneedling, LED and Peels.
- Guide customers through a journey – advising, listening and connecting at every touch‑point to provide a personalised experience.
- Set up every service as a skincare programme with treatment and home‑care to achieve goals.
- Proactively book clients onto a course of treatments, confidently discussing and recommending programmes.
- Build and grow a loyal clientele through exceptional service, expert knowledge and follow‑up.
- Create partnerships with customers so they feel confident in achieving healthiest skin.
- Support the team in Face Mapping, Skin Solver and skin bar procedures.
- Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location and keep abreast of daily goals.
- Maintain the Pro Skin Clinic’s high standards.
