A Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinic Manager is at the true heart of where results happen in our business.

As a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner, you will lead from the front – setting the clinical standard for your team and delivering advanced treatments that deliver real, visible results.

Based on the clinic floor with your team, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to have their best skin possible.

You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.

You will lead by example and showcase your expert product knowledge and the passion to make a difference – your role is to inspire and lead your team and location to success.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, support and develop your team of Pro Skin Therapists to lead with skin treatment expertise, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive the true Dermalogica experience.

Implement and execute business growth plans, events, activity and staff development to empower your team.

Maintain a strong commercial mindset and proactively identify opportunities to drive and develop your clinic and team to success.

  • Drive retail and treatment growth month on month through motivating and supporting the team, planning events and masterclasses, and exceeding clinic targets and KPIs.

Ensure events are fully booked.

  • Be a role model and perform all services regularly to the highest standard.

Demonstrate strong communication, delegation, empathy, problem solving, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

  • Mentor and coach team members, conduct monthly 1-2-1s and implement personal development plans to ensure team members excel.
  • Oversee and deliver advanced Dermalogica skin treatments – including Microneedling, LED and Peels – champion the Face Mapping℠ consultation process and provide fully personalised skin analyses and treatment recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations including stock management, appointment scheduling, opening/closing procedures and reporting to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain professionalism and grooming standards and build strong relationships with clients, press, location management and the wider Dermalogica team.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ management experience within a retail or clinical/aesthetic environment.
  • Qualified beauty therapist and Aesthetic Practitioner (NVQ Level 3 minimum; Level 4/5 essential).
  • Passionate about skin health with the ability to create engaging experiences to attract customers.
