A Dermalogica Flagship Store Manager is at the true heart of where these results happen in our Business. Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for embodying our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to have their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all conversations you will have. You will lead by example, showcase your expert product knowledge, and the passion to make a difference. Your role is to inspire and lead your team and location to success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business driver – Drive retail growth month on month through motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas & exceeding all location targets & KPIs.
- Drive events in store with both on‑counter activity & masterclasses ensuring all events are fully booked.
- Team leader – Be a role model and perform all services regularly to the highest standard.
- Assist the District Sales & Education Manager & Retail Training Manager with on‑counter training relating to new innovations, ensuring the team have the expertise to excel.
- Mentor and Coaching – Take time to regularly mentor & coach team members, driving them to succeed.
- Professionalism – Follow grooming standards to ensure that you live and breathe Dermalogica every day.
Required Skills:
- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical etc. – This is an absolute ESSENTIAL so that we can ensure that the standards of our Therapists are consistent.
- At least 2 years management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Outgoing, creative thinker with the ability to create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
- Passion for skin health like no other brand has ever seen. Use this passion to inspire others.
