We’re seeking a bold, strategic thinker to step into the spotlight as Digital Marketing Manager. This exciting new role will drive paid performance, elevate our brand values, and play a vital part in our mission to change lives through skin confidence.
Reporting to the Associate Digital Director, you will lead the full digital marketing mix with ownership of the strategy, test-and-learn roadmap, and incremental ROI of our annual media budgets across paid social, display, search and beyond.
You’ll partner across departments to unify DTC, B2B, and Retail marketing into a cohesive, high-performing strategy. Working with external agency partners, internal sales teams, brand marketing and B2B leads. The role brings together separate marketing efforts to set a course for long-term awareness and growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about paid marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and digital innovation.
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager…. Could this be you?
- Lead and own the digital marketing strategy across all paid channels including social, display, search and video.
- Partner with internal teams across Ecommerce, Brand, Retail and Professional B2B to align digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency of message, spend efficiency and visibility.
- Internal ownership for our incremental media spends platform – reporting, sharing regular updates, and guiding future investment through data insights.
- Briefing campaigns and creative assets, approving plans, and data-led optimisation.
- Manage 2 external agency partners in paid search and social media buying.
- Develop a cross-channel paid media roadmap with test-and-learn strategies to maximise growth and efficiency.
- Drive a cohesive digital marketing calendar that supports key brand activations, launches, and promotions across all commercial channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, creative performance learnings, customer acquisition costs, and performance against KPIs.
- Ensure ongoing media budget planning, forecasting, tracking and communicating.
- Champion innovation and share emerging platform and creative insights, performance trends and learnings with the wider business
Do you have the below skills?
- Strong background in digital marketing with experience leading paid campaigns across social, search and display.
- Hands-on experience managing external media agencies and building in-house media measurement processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in using data to inform decisions and drive optimisation.
- Track record of delivering effective cross-functional collaboration and harmonising marketing efforts.
- Experience working within ecommerce, beauty, health or lifestyle brands is desirable.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and commercial focus.
