Salary £27,000 - £29,000 (depending on qualifications), plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonus. A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is at the true heart of where these results happen in our Business. Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box and help them excel.

The responsibilities of the Business Account Manager include:

  • Taking customers through a journey by advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point.
  • Creating a personalized experience that enables customers to fall in love with their skincare journey.
  • Performing treatments and setting up skincare programmes comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals.
  • Creating partnerships by sharing treatment plans with customers and linking recommended homecare.
  • Driving retail growth month on month through motivating and supporting the team.
  • Thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas and exceeding all location targets and KPIs.
  • Driving events in store with both on-counter activity and masterclasses ensuring all events are fully booked.
  • Being a role model and performing all services regularly to the highest standard.
  • Assisting the District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager with on-counter training relating to new innovations.
  • Following grooming standards to ensure that you are living and breathing Dermalogica every day.

Do you have the below skills?

  • Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (essential).
  • Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this if not held).
  • At least 2 years management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
  • An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
  • A passion for skin health.
