A Dermalogica Retail Skin Therapist is at the true heart of where these results happen in our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.

The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Therapist include:

  • Taking your customer through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point.
  • Wowing our customers with a personalized experience and enabling them to fall in love with their skincare journey.
  • Creating a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your customer, educating, and linking recommended homecare throughout.
  • Taking ownership of monthly targets set for the location, including both individual and location targets.
  • Covering counter duties, which include Face Mapping to understand the client’s needs and concerns.
  • Maintaining the treatment area and other work areas in a professional manner.

Do you have the below skills?

  • Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential).
  • Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this if not held).
  • Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG.
  • An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw our customers to us.
  • A passion for skin health.
