As the Education Platform and Community Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Dermalogica’s digital education communications and platforms, with a clear focus on strengthening the Professional Skin Therapist (PST) community, with support to the Retail and Digital Communities. This role is central to how we connect, educate, and inspire, ensuring our education content, LMS experience, and digital environments reflect Dermalogica’s commitment to professional excellence. You will be the connector between Education, Marketing, and Sales, feeding into and out of the Dermalogica community and ensuring digital systems work seamlessly for both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll have a deep working knowledge of LMS platforms and web systems such as Moodle, Wordpress, and Figma, and the ability to interpret analytics to drive performance. Most importantly, you’ll have a passion for skincare, with education at the heart of every communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute creative educational strategic communication tools and activities for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on messaging and engagement strategies.
- Support direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives with innovative onsite educational programs.
- Analyse and report on monthly educational activities, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop a social media strategy for Education Profession pages across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless, intuitive LMS experience that supports PST satisfaction, continuous learning, and system growth.
- Partner with Commercial Manager on LMS reporting needs to deliver relevant and up to date educational touchpoint numbers.
- Drive LMS enhancements that promote professional development and deeper engagement within the Circle community.
- Oversee and project manage the Pro Site to ensure it reflects Dermalogica’s brand, meets the evolving needs of PSTs, and supports education and business performance.
- Lead the internal and external management of Circle, acting as the central connection point between Education, Sales, and Marketing.
- Feed in relevant updates, resources, and business priorities.
- Drive consistent, high-value content and conversation.
- Maintain continuous communication with the community to foster engagement and connection.
- Manage Circle analytics, identifying trends and behaviours, and apply insights to optimise content strategy, solve user pain points, and improve community performance over time.
Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events across multi channels.
- Responsibilities include: Agenda development, speaker coordination, and invitations.
- Overseeing presentations, engagement activities, and budget management.
- Preparing wrap-up reports and managing post-event follow-ups.
- Continuous assessment and improvement of eventing and engagement.

Experience and Skills:
- Experience working with LMS, Wordpress and Figma systems and improving user experience.
- Strong understanding of the digital design process with an impressive portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including analytics and optimisation strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Collaborative experience working across multifunctional teams.
- Previous experience in the Beauty industry.
- Professional Skin Therapist Level 3 or above.
- A keen eye for design trends and an ability to stay aligned with brand codes.
