Legal Counsel

On a given day, you will:
- Deliver expert legal counsel on marketing matters across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, shaping our global regulatory vision and driving decision-making for international growth
- Design and implement scalable, tech-forward legal frameworks across jurisdictions, aligning with global business objectives
- Lead the execution of regulatory initiatives and compliance transformation programs with ownership and autonomy
- Translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic, business-friendly solutions that empower innovation
- Pioneer the use of AI and cutting-edge tools to redefine compliance processes, increasing speed, reducing risk, and enhancing visibility
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, policies, and compliance documentation
- Identify legal risks and opportunities, advising senior stakeholders with sound recommendations
- Build relationships with regulators, legal counterparts, and cross-functional teams, promoting proactive compliance
- Lead dispute prevention and resolution strategies to safeguard reputation and operational resilience

- Possess excellent communication skills, able to translate legal jargon into insights for executives
- Have meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
