On a given day, you will:

• Proactively monitor and analyse regulatory developments across international, EU, and local markets, identifying changes that could impact our operations before they become compliance issues
• Develop and implement forward-thinking compliance policies, conducting thorough internal reviews and gap analyses to keep us ahead of regulatory curves
• Assess the use of AI in compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while leveraging technology for enhanced efficiency and risk management
• Execute comprehensive compliance monitoring programmes, ensuring timely implementation across all business units
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory challenges into practical business solutions
• Prepare and submit critical regulatory reports for CRS, FATCA, MiFIR, and EMIR with meticulous attention to detail
• Lead the identification of emerging compliance trends and evaluate areas requiring enhanced engagement or strategic shifts

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk functions within the financial services sector
• Hold an undergraduate degree in legal, compliance, or a related field
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of investment services regulations, particularly those governing CFDs
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels
• Excel at managing multiple high-priority projects with tight deadlines whilst maintaining precision
• Are fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
