Join Derisk360 —where we merge deep legacy expertise with cutting-edge AI and data analytics to deliver high-impact transformation projects. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain RPG IV/LE programs as part of the insurance application suite. Collaborate with QA engineers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver working software increments. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code aligned with internal coding standards. Debug application issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production incidents. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. What You Bring 3–7 years of hands-on experience in RPG IV/LE (ILE RPG) and IBM iSeries (AS/400) development. Proficiency in CL, DB2/400, and DDS. Experience working in Agile teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git. Exposure to insurance domains such as auto, home, or life is an added advantage.
