We’re Hiring: Full Stack Engineer – Core Payments Backend (Immediate Joiner)Â

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and epics with high quality (security, reliability, and operations) to production.
- Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Engineers, supporting their growth and technical contributions.
- Achieve team commitments and influence others by using strong leadership and communication skills.
- Oversee design decisions and guide the team to achieve key results for assigned products.
- Remediate issues using engineering principles and proactively design solutions for potential failures.
- Contribute to and potentially lead client technology communities.
- Work in Agile methodology with 2-week sprints, writing automated test scripts to ensure full coverage.
What You Bring:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, VMware, Openshift, AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions, Chef, Ansible, Nexus).
- Proficiency in testing database technologies (Postgres or similar).
- Knowledge of full end-to-end quality toolsets (JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter or similar).
- Experience with caching technology.
- Expertise in Kafka or similar streaming technology.
- Ability to independently innovate, solve complex problems, and advocate best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in the payments domain.
- Familiarity with microservices-based architectures.
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).
